Someone's caught molesting someone else which means someone is FIRED! And an exclusive interview with Maria Sharapova. It's the longest and loudest episode yet of the series the LA Times calls "bracingly funny". Head to www.goodnightburbank.com to sign up to hear your name mentioned on air, go behind the scenes, and, well, whatever else you want to do.

What do you think of this week's episode? I am smarting after this one...
I like the idea of it, but the pacing is a tad too frenetic. More passive/aggressive sniping would be fun. They should be more focused on their airtime, who gets to be anchor, what's going on with the management, and who's sleeping with whom -- the stuff local news people actually obsess about. And the news itself shouldn't be international issues (local news ignores that, anyway), but it bleeds it leads stuff, local tragedies covered with feigned concern, and non-sequitur human interest stuff.
The funniest thing I ever saw on local TV was about 8 years ago in LA, when one of the shows led with the story of a window cleaner who's ledge collapsed and he was hanging there for 3 hours. The reporter asked him if he was frightened, did he think he'd be rescued, etc. The guy responded as if we was reviewing a new chewing gum. There was no risk of him falling. he was totally safe -- this had even happened to him before. The reaction of the reporter, struggling desperately to make his big exclusive sound like something as he was watching it collapse (to the ground, metaphorically speaking), was just great.
Sorry, one last thought -- for sweeps, how's about a week-long series on FEAR OF CLOWNS.
Who is afraid of clowns? Who are clowns afraid of?
How's about a slow-mo, blurred, Dutch tilt of a guy in a clown's outfit with scary music in the background? Top it by having him squirt water.
The one thing funnier than clowns is making fun of clowns.
Ah, sorry....I've got a lot of personal problems....
I just wanted to let you know that Jesus really does love you and wants a personal relationship with you, if you would just let him in, He will be able to do things for you in your life...nothing is the same without Him, Accept Him today :) John 3:17 "For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him."
I'm so glad to see Zoe back and as the sports anchor! As a Mensa make upp girl (a beautiful one at that), she was always my favorite, and so much can be done with her, especially vs. Kelly the religious-right-winger. I'd love to see Zoe kick her ass at some point in some evil but brilliant way.
this one was so funny, when kelly and gordon was having that imaginary gun fight, lol
I admit I really like it; and I like some of Craig's ideas.
Even before I started watching this episode, I was fascinated by the fact that Gordon is reading an episode of the now-defunct magazine "Smash Hits".
I wonder which band he's catching up with.
A great show as per always, and this is even before I've looked at it. How sad am I!
