A new producer means big changes for GNB. And the first to face the axe? Our beloved weather girl Trisha! If you want her back, head to www.goodnightburbank.com to comment on the episode. Also, this episode introduces Rich Fulcher, star of 2 different hit UK comedies "The Mighty Boosh" and "Snuff Box", as Dane Rivers, Tech correspondent; Marypat Farrell, an Emmy award winning actress you've seen in Weeds and David Lawrence, who hosts his own nationally syndicated radio show "Online With David Lawrence".

We have posted a new episode - tell us what you think.
Great show! Hmmm...no Trish?! Say it ain't so!
I think the new producer has destroyed all that's great about Goodnight Burbank. She must go.
I also think that your editor edited out your raised eyebrow. You could have stayed on that opening shot for a few extra frames. Was the new producer behind THAT too?
Cute idea! Do it like NYPD BLue though where Gordon calls in a favor from some hot female network exec and the new producer has to leave! Or she does a turnaround after she falls in love with Gordon?
Bring back Trish, she a great character.
GNB rules, it's still the best video series on the net I've found.
Great show, keep them coming!
I must say it is great that you removed Trish.
Reminiscent of The Day Today; well written and well acted. Any chance of some UK news? What about giving Blair a hammering before he goes?
got link from bbc, so your press is doing a good job. keep it up: great stuff.
Bloody marvellous. The beeb speak highly of you, saying:
"Goodnight Burbank, a spoof TV news show created by and starring British writer Hayden Black, brilliantly satirises local US TV news and would not look out of place on a network."
Hmm. Better watch out, Murdoch will buy you out soon.
Cool video, very funny but when
your compressing the video be sure and use de-interlace or progresive scan rather than using fields in the video.
That will stop the horizontal lines appearing which get a bit anoying after a while.
You probaly already know all about it and are publishing to TV aswell hence the lines but if you dont give me a shout and i'll help you out - no bodger!
cheers.
Love the idea, but it's not quite ready for prime time. It ain't funny enough, or barbed enough. I speak as one who used to produce for the local NBC station in Burbank. Is it still there?
Dave - we would love to hear your tech thoughts - please send comments or your email to tech (at) goodnig... awww, you know what we mean.
To all of you - thanks for your comments, we are very much listening (err, reading) here at "the station" - please give us your thoughts on this page.
Found a link on the BBC web site. Great show, and I've now subscribed to the podcast. Some International news could be fun with an interpreter making a real hash of things and having the interviewee repeat...
This show is original, great fun, well acted and is by far the best comedy online!
Thanks!
I too got here through the link on the BBC site. I love the shows and have suscribed to the RSS. Can't wait for the next installment, keep up the great work.
